1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing adleaklabs.com (the "Site") or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services

AdLeakLabs provides Amazon advertising (PPC) management, Amazon SEO, and listing optimization services. The free audit ("Ad Leak Report") is an informational review based on publicly visible listing and market data and does not require access to your Amazon Seller Central account.

3. No Guarantees

Figures on this Site (such as typical ACOS reductions or wasted spend ranges) reflect experience across accounts we have audited or managed and are illustrative, not promises. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including your product, pricing, inventory, competition, and Amazon's platform changes. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, ranking, ACOS, or revenue result.

4. Client Responsibilities

For ongoing management engagements, you remain the owner of your Amazon account, advertising budgets, and all decisions regarding spend. You are responsible for complying with Amazon's Terms of Service and policies for your account and products.

5. Fees & Engagement

Paid services, fees, and scope are agreed in writing before any engagement begins. Unless otherwise agreed, engagements are month-to-month and either party may end the engagement with written notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, design, and branding, belongs to AdLeakLabs and may not be reproduced without permission. Reports and deliverables we prepare for you are yours to use for your business once delivered.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdLeakLabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim.

8. Third-Party Platforms

We are an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. "Amazon" is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc., used here only to describe the platform on which our services operate.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
